Mike brings the diversified skill sets of deal sourcing & sponsor due diligence, raising capital/product distribution and business development consulting. His product knowledge & experience includes mutual funds, separately managed accounts, non-traded REIT's, Reg D's & private placements, hedge funds, and master limited partnerships.  After spending many years in corporate finance & institutional sales, Mr. Kinney wanted to focus more on private, alternative investments and started Capital Group LLC, a boutique placement agency based in Northern Colorado.  He received a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College in 1994 and. holds the Series 7 & Series 63 licenses.

Riley is a former Division 1 Athlete (Football & Lacrosse) and a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.  He recently passed the series 7 exam and is already making a huge impact within our deal sourcing network (notably landing a number of institutional and sovereign wealth mandates).  Riley also plays a vital role in conducting due diligence on potential deals/sponsors and identifying new institutional investment partners. 

Previous experience includes Business Development, Sports Marketing, Athletic Retail and Real Estate syndication. Riley received his BA in Business/Marketing from CSU and currently lives in Windsor Colorado.

Brad has financial consulting and investment experience spanning back to 2001. He has built his career in the financial services industry by serving individual private clients, business owners, non-profits and corporations.  His current firm, Prime Capital Investment Advisors, is a Registered Investment Advisor headquartered in Overland Park, KS with over $12B in assets under management. Brad’s skills on the private client side are anchored around a financial planning approach ensuring that, regardless of life stage, all aspects of his clients’ financial situation are addressed. As a Registered Investment Advisor, Brad holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations in addition to his Series 7, 63, 66 and life/health licenses. Brian is a vice president in NorthMarq’s Denver office. He is responsible for the origination of commercial real estate debt and equity through a variety of capital providers including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, correspondent life insurance companies, conduit lenders, commercial banks and credit unions. Brian is active throughout the entire capital stack, including permanent first mortgages, supplemental mortgages, preferred equity/mezzanine debt, and joint venture equity. Since joining NorthMarq, Brian has underwritten and closed approximately $1 billion of multi-family, senior housing, industrial, office, and retail debt and equity transactions nationwide. These transactions including permanent fixed rate debt, floating rate bridge debt, preferred equity/mezzanine debt, joint venture equity, and construction loans. Before joining NorthMarq, Brian practiced commercial litigation and real estate transactional law. Brian graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in history and received his JD from the University of Denver. Jonathan D. LaCrosse is a co-founder of Gabriel Horn Capital LLC, an alternative investment placement firm dedicated to raising capital for funds and deals. He has more than 20 years of alternative investment experience, including fundraising sales in excess of $4.5 billion in assets, investing more than $4 billion in 165 funds, secondaries and co-investments, and roles on 35 Board Director and Advisory Boards. Previously, he was Co-Founder, President and CEO of Trusted Insight, Inc, the largest online alternative investment marketplace focused on matching investments across new funds, secondary transactions and co-investments. Members include 400+ institutional investors from 90 countries. ​ From 1994-2006, Mr. LaCrosse was an Investment Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation where he was in charge of its private equity, below investment grade credit and real assets strategies, including sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments.
